TireRentals.com is a lead-generation marketplace that connects consumers with local tire shops offering rent-to-own payment options. We are not a tire seller, lessor, or financing company. We do not own tires, hold rental contracts, or collect payments.

2. Our Role

We facilitate introductions between consumers and tire shops. Any rental agreement, payment plan, or purchase is between you and the tire shop you choose. TireRentals.com is not a party to those agreements.

3. Application Information

When you submit an application through our site, your information is shared with one or more partner tire shops to evaluate your request. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Each shop has its own approval criteria.

4. Pricing and Availability

All pricing, availability, and payment terms shown on TireRentals.com are estimates provided for comparison purposes. Actual pricing is determined by the individual tire shop and may vary. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee accuracy.

5. Limitation of Liability

TireRentals.com provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from your transactions with partner tire shops.
